Placing an Order
Browse the items on atticusshop.com by using the navigation and categories to the left. Click on the item you would like to order. First choose the size you'd like, then the color, if applicable. Then add the item to your cart.
When you continue to shop, the item will be appear in the header by the word ‘checkout’. When you are finished browsing, and ready to purchase, click on the word ‘checkout’. You may create an account at atticusshop.com or check out as our guest.
Follow the steps to fill out your billing, shipping and credit card information. Click ‘Place Order’ to finalize the order.
Item Availability
We intend to only display items that are in stock. However, occasionally we sell out of an item while it is still displayed. If you order an item that is out of stock, you will be notified promptly via email. If a charge has been placed on your card, it will be reversed, refunded, or changed to reflect the correct total of your order.
Payment Options
We accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express and Discover cards for payment.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been processed, you will receive an email notification from Atticus Shop with your tracking information. Please note that your tracking information will not be available until UPS has scanned your package into their system.
Changing or Canceling An Order
Should you decide to change or cancel your order, please notify us via telephone or email. If we are notified after your order has shipped, we will not be able to change or cancel your order. If we are notified before your order has shipped, we will be able to edit your order and the charge on your card appropriately. Please keep in mind that it may take some time before your bank or financial institution removes the original authorization hold on your card.

We ship via UPS and insure all packages for their appropriate value. Shipping rates are as stated below:
Ground: $7
2-Day: $20
Next Day Air Saver: $35
Alaska and Hawaii: $35

Shipping Restrictions
We cannot ship to PO boxes. Therefore, we are also unable to ship to APO/FPO addresses.
International Shipping
Canadian orders are shipped via UPS Standard Shipping for $15.
Atticus Shop currently ships to the following countries via Priority International Mail for a flat rate of $45:
Australia, Austria, Brazil, Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Spain, Sweden and United Kingdom
If you wish to place an order and have it shipped to a country that we do not currently ship to, please email [email protected] to request that your country be added.
Your order may be subject to duties or taxes, which are calculated when the merchandise reaches your country. You are responsible for paying all duties and taxes.
If you refuse the package, you will still be responsible for all shipping charges, duties and taxes incurred. This amount will be subtracted from your refund.
Occasionally, our fraud protection system cannot verify international credit cards. If we do not have all the information needed to process your order according to our fraud and protection guidelines, we will notify you via email and ask that you email or fax us additional information.
Returns & Exchanges
Returns
We offer full refunds (less shipping charges) on merchandise, excluding Final Sale items, returned and received by Atticus within 30 days of the original order date. In order to receive a full refund, merchandise must be unworn, unaltered, and have all the original tags attached. Atticus will refund your credit card within 30 days of the date the returned merchandise is received.
Final Sale
Items that are Final Sale are not eligible for returns or exchanges. If you have questions regarding our Final Sale policy, please call or email us. All Final Sale merchandise is clearly marked as such on the product page.
Exchanges
We offer exchanges on merchandise returned and received by Atticus within 30 days of the original order date. Please contact us via telephone or email to discuss the details of your exchange before you return the item.

Account Information
Creating An Account
To create an atticusshop.com account, click on the register link. Fill out the starred fields and click the Register button. Once you have created an account, you can log in each time you visit atticusshop.com.
By creating an account, you will automatically be added to our email list. You’ll be the first to hear about Atticus sales, events and news. Should you wish to unsubscribe from our email list, please send an email to [email protected] and type ‘UNSUBSCRIBE’ in the subject field.
You can create and store multiple profiles under your account by naming each profile differently. For example, you can have a profile that always has your order shipped to work called ‘Work’.
Track Your Order
As soon as your order is processed, you will receive an email containing a UPS tracking number. You can track your package at ups.com. The number will be active as soon as UPS scans your package into their system.
Modify Your Account
To modify your account profile, you must first sign in. Click on your name and make your desired profile changes. Click Save before navigating away from the page.
Newsletters and Email List
To receive our emails and newsletters, create an atticusshop.com account. By creating an account, you will automatically be added to our email list.
Security and Privacy
Any information you enter on the Atticus Shop site will be kept secure and confidential. Atticus will not share, sell or disclose any customer information to third parties.
